"Birthday Present a.k.a. Grain of salt"
An emotional moment between two strangers. Unfortunately in low resolution.
A one minute short film, originally created in Studio Drum Competition. 6 directors from six different countries were given a same topic to make a one minute short film. And everybody has the same crew and the same actors. You get the envelope with a brief just six hours before the shoot, then you have six hours to shoot it and six hours to edit it. Very interesting indeed.
After that the film was asked to Filminute competition, where it ended in finals, with special 'nod from the jury' (Paul Haggis as jury president). Also it reached top 5 in Film Azyl shortfilm-competition.
